Orders Shipment:
HKSAR: Order and payment completed will be usually shipped within 3-5 business days. Please note that your order is paid by credit card it may take a few days for us to receive the payment confirmation. We will send you an e-mail when your order has been shipped. If, for some reason, a product would be in back-order, we will promptly inform you about the expected delivery date. If any question on deliveries, please contact our Customer Service by E-mail or Phone or WhatsApp.
Home Delivery:
Shipments to the HKSAR will be via either SF Express or Hong Kong Post parcel service, as long as one of those provider do actually service your area and specific address. In alternative, you can organize to personally pick up the parcel: please contact our Customer Service for specific arrangements. Orders shipments and replacements within the territory of the HKSAR are Free of Charge for the clients. Shipping a return for refund to us by courier will be at client' charge.

When you receive your order, please immediately check and confirm that the packaging is in good condition, and the product(s) received are same as ordered. If any issue, you should claim it within 3 days from receipt.

Before the arrival of the goods, you may receive a call notification from our courier. Please sign the courier receipt to confirm your acceptance of goods.

All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.

You shall give no less than 24 hours' notice from 9:00am to 6:00pm (Sunday and public holiday excluded) to our Customer Service Department in respect of any request for change in delivery time, date and/or place, delivery of additional purchase, or change of purchased item.

If for security reason or any other reasons, our courier is not able to deliver the goods to the billing address as specified in your order and get your receipt confirmation, we may ask you to collect the goods from our office and will not arrange any further delivery. In case of any dispute, our determination shall be final.
