Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy 

All returns must include the following, or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost:

  • Product must have been purchased from Fil Rouge Limited (HK).

  • All return requests for refund or replacement can be submitted via email to info@filrouge.hk with valid return reasons selected, within thirty (30) calendar days from receiving the order.

  • Our Customer Service team will assess your claim, and, if approved "in principle", will send you a detailed process for you to follow within 5 working days. 

  •  The tracking number of your return should be sent to us to finish the return process.

  • Once we will receive your return, we will inspect the goods, and the refund will be finally approved if: 

  1. Customer must have attended "How To Use Taopatch" Session at least once or had a 1 on 1 session with our Customer Care Team to ensure proper use of product.

  2. All items included in the original order must be returned to be eligible for a refund. Returns with missing part(s) (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials and retail packaging) will not be processed until the part is received.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses such as shipping fees and custom fees. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.

  • The customer is required to ship the return products with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent the product from physically damaging during return transportation or the customer will be responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result in the return being rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by Fil Rouge Limited.

  • Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in acceptable conditions in strict conformance with the basic criteria and standard returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the mode of payment used for the original purchase.

  • Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Fil Rouge Limited will refund back to your method of payment, usually within 15 working days.

  • In the event a returned product is defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost, and the return shipping cost initially covered by Fil Rouge Limited will instead be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Adhesives tapes are nonrefundable.

  • If you received our shipment with visible damages, or the items you receive do not match your original order,  must be reported to us within Three (3) calendar days of the delivery date, and we will organize a replacement or refund, at our choice.
